1. *Refund / Cancellation / Product Return Policy

  • Customers who are not satisfied with Lotus products must report to Call Center at 1 (855)-955-6887 within 48 hours after usage to get manager's decision to approve for return, refund or exchange.
  • Within 7 days from the day of delivery, any unopened items will be allowed to return/refund/exchange with no restocking fee.
  • Over 15 days from the date of product delivery, if Lotus' manager approves for return-to-exchange items, except dietary supplements, a restocking fee 10% will be applied.
  • All returned items must be approved by our cọmpany. Before shipping back your return, give us a call at 1 (855) 95LOTUS (5-6887) or send us an email at and let us know which item you are returning. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany all returns items.
  • We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
  • Customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges to send all returning purchased items.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition as new as when they were sold and shipped, must not show any signs of being opened/used in any way or otherwise this guarantee is void.  
  • Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return items.  Remember, refund credit usually will not show on your statement at least after 48 hours.
  • Our main selected shipping carrier is United States Postal Service, and customers' signatures are required each time of delivery, unless you'd like to request to void this process with your full responsibility when items resulting loss, stolen occurs.
  • California residents are subjected to be taxed at 8.75% - Out of state is waived of tax.

 2.  VIP RULES ルール

  • All promotions send out weekly by email will not honor VIP discounts or any other promotions combine. 
  • All existed VIP customers must maintain your purchase activities within 60 days to keep discount status & membership fee waive. Over 60 days of being inactive of purchase, you will have to pay a $149 annual membership fee to maintain your VIP status' benefits.
